It looks like it is time to act very Continental. Perhaps the French can loan us some of their coveted white flags so we can surrender and admit we lost the war on poverty.

As an alternative Romney could usher in a new era of ownership and prosperity. Those who have been in the front lines of losing the war on poverty could be freed to make great prosperous lives for themselves instead.
