rhetorical question: w/ all that productive capability and capacity, and the resultant constant gushing flow, do you think the central bank of brazil care much about its stock / reservoir of currency reserves except to regularize the investment of such sovereign wealth? obvious answer: not really, because the central banking function is all about the political economy / 3D economy and nothing about making money from money as would a private bank.
