OK, I installed my PogoPlug device this morning. The documentation is sketchy, and the help files need work. The system offered 5GB of free storage for backups. I clicked on that and the system asked if I wanted to back up, to which I answered yes. I shut down firefox as the program suggested and had no other programs running. After that I don't know whether PogoPlub backup was in progress, or what. I tried to restart, and my computer would not restart. I tried to shut off, and it wouldn't shut off either. Finally, I manually turned it off and back on again. PogoPlug offered a sign-in window, but it wouldn't accept the password that I put in, so I clicked on the reset password button and went to email to reset it. I was successful in this. I know I'm doing something wrong, but I don't know what. I don't really want on-line backup. I just want to access my files from different computers. What am I doing wrong?
