So apparently governments have a conscience. According to you. How many people have been killed in the name of government. If you just consider the 20th century the numbers are in the tens, if not hundreds of millions. What has government done for us? Nothing. It can't, whatever the government "gives"us it must first take from us.

It is like saying Ford gives us a car. Of course not we pay for a car. The difference is that we can decide what kind of car we want, or not buy one it is our choice. The government takes our money at the point of a gun and gives us what it thinks we should have. In the meantime politics (government) has become a game of lie, cheat and steal.

It seems to me you would prefer that we all drive Yugos supplied by the government as long as everybody has one, than to have the opportunity to decide with our own money what we will buy.

As I have often said you are a statist, and certainly no liberal in the traditional sense of the word. You would have done well under chairman Mao, Stalin and Castro. I guess you would have loved Hitler.
