A possible good news.
I notice that the flash utility of Philips CDD3610 (same as HP7110i) contains the file "OAK_ASPI.SYS". It may use the OAKT ATAPI CD-RW controller. AFAIK, the CDD3610 and HP 7110i are two of the best selling CD-RW drives available today.

To Cymeed:
Nobody know if OAKT's DVD controller will be as successful as its CD-ROM controller, if it is then it won't trade at $7-8. But I think 40% or more market share is a possible figure compare to 65%+ in CD-ROM. CUBE is a major competitor of OAK in mpeg business (mpeg2/VCD). In this area, CUBE has an edge.
