There is forum somewhere at elite traders (have saved link somewhere I can dig it up if you need it) where he is posting and answering. Many MQT users complained at Ameritrade about this and Ameritrade decided not to shut it down. They don't support it any more but they will leave it as it is. You can always use MQT with some other quote source, although it is getting expensive to pay for it at the best quote provider that is available, don't have their name handy...
