Disclosure........I have paid retail price for every JBI I share that currently own or have ever owned.

You're going to have to do better than that. There's a bit too much wiggle room or "dance", if you will, in that statement. For instance, the company could have sold you a substantial number of shares at the market price, a number that you would not have been able to buy on the open market at that price because your purchases would have immediately begun to send the stock price up. In return for those "retail" shares, you agree to promote the company which does, amazingly, send the share price up. At that point, you sell the "retail" shares for a profit. After all, your statement verifies that you've bought AND sold shares. Alternatively, you could have bought shares in a private placement for, let's say, $0.80. The company (and you) conclude that $0.80 is the full "retail" price for those shares even though it's a substantial discount from the market price. There are several other scenarios that could be suggested by your vague statement including the possibility that you've received cash to promote JBII, something which seems difficult for you to either confirm or deny.

Have you been compensated in cash or stock to promote JBII? It's a simple question requiring only a "yes" or "no" answer.
