Dale I am hoping to buy ECILF below 20. I am also looking to buy CS, ANDW, OXHP, LSI and ATML in the same price range. I try to buy as cheap as possible. Unfortunately I miss a lot of opportunities waiting for the right price. My entry point is based on a P/S below 2 and reasonable visibility into future growth. Being in Telecom field I have a little better understanding of Telecom stocks e.g. I was able to buy GEMS below 10 and sell it at 16. I will buy it again around 9. Good Investing.
