I haven't been reading this thread...but, again, I find your comments slightly misleading. I see NO relevance in the fact that Franklin's Tempest can only support 3 to 4 T1 spans in the same
box. Who cares? Add another Tempest.

I think you get caught up in the "geeky" attributes of the
hardware, since you are an NMSS engineer. As a Franklin shareholder for about 3 years, obviously, I'm biased. However,
I take a lot of credence in outside opinions such as that of the gentleman who participated in the Syracuse study. He has no reason to be partial to Franklin products, but I have heard from an individual who talked to this man for approximately 1 hour, that Franklin's Tempest wins Hands Down against the competition. I place a LOT of faith in a man who is unbiased and who puts such
a heavy endorsement on Franklin's Tempest.
