10 to 15% would probably be a great record for the government. Are you kidding? Government does a thousand very different things, every day. Far, far, far more than even the most diversified company. They have their fingers in virtually everything that happens in this country, from commerce and trade to legal and prisons to stop signs and concrete specification to zoning and landscaping, on and on, everything. And every citizen and newspaper on their ass for any minor mistake, blowing it out of proportion on the evening news cause it makes great press. I wouldn't work in public sector for twice the money; life is short.
