Fortunately, the governor we have now is not running again. The first time she ran she lost, but it was so close the dems ordered a recount. The recount scared up more votes for her, but she still lost. The dems ordered a third recount and scared up just enough votes to put her over the top. The dems couldn't afford to lose because they would have to pay for the third recount. Since the recount went their way the taxpayers had to foot the bill.

Close elections are the source of fraudulent vote counts. Our country is so evenly divided it makes for many close elections.

I don't understand how a recount could come up with a different number without fraud. We should demand an accurate count EVERY time.
