China may devalue its currency. With their neighbors devaluing, they may need to to stay competitive. If they do, the whole area goes though this again. This is not an urgent problem in China. It will not be considered for some months.

As far as consumers are concerned. China is still growing. If they own a TV, they would like to have a Karaoke and movies too.
