Jan,

Richard and Andy both have more experience in the markets than I. I and many others here use Relative Strength as a method to prescan or fill our databases. I noticed that after the recent "severe" correction many of the best stocks were not drastically affected and of those that were some made a quick return to their previoius averages. These are the stocks that I was looking at. Also volume is an often overlooked piece of data. Watch volume on breakouts and bounces off of moving averages. When Richard says "The strong get stronger" he is dead on the money.

Always keep money management at the top of your list when you are making a trade. Use an intelligent stop, either mental or physical. Someone once said that if you concentrate on not losing money you can make money in the market. There is alot of truth in that single statement.
