There is no law on the books in Colorado recognizing gay marriage, its a losing argument here.

Which begs the question, if Colorado does not allow gay marriage, why is the cake baker getting his nose out of joint about two guys saying they're getting married and want a wedding cake when, legally, they can't marry in Colorado?
