actually he is....

he is saying because HIS religion prohibits gay marriage, gays cannot purchase wedding cakes....

that is not full and equal access to 'goods and services'

he can express his religious belief through speech (as cathy did) but he cannot discriminate against gays who are not in compliance with those beliefs by denying goods and services

what if a gay couple wanted chick fil-a to provide the meals for a 'gay reception'....do you think cathy would be correct to do that?
