TexasDude, Martinez did not say that they definitely would have demonstrations, but he expected to. Here is the exact quote:

Martinez: We expect some important demonstrations before the end of this year and early next year. We're forecasting that we'll start getting some orders before the end of next year, (which will be used in) our customers' research-and-development efforts.

Furthermore, the Lightknife can be as big as XRL if all the applications of Lightknife are implemented by BD. Also, the micromachining and BrightLight technology can be another huge industry in itself. If all you are interested in is XRL then you are gambling on the way industry chooses lithography. Certainly the IBM situation bodes well for XRL. But JMAR is far bigger than XRL, and I am in it for the other reasons which include:

[1] Hard Drive Industry/Precision Measuring Devices
[2] Light Knife
[3] Microlight 1000 and micromachining
[4] Additional products from the Brightlight technology

XRL is the technology program that has given JMAR the brightlight technology. Therefore it has already been successful. To me XRL is the home run. But the 3 above industries can easily get JMAR in the teens alone if they fulfill their expectations. If you feel the need to unload because you are skittish on XRL, then there is nothing that I can say, because there are no guarantees in life. I can only say that you should look at the other areas that are equally promising. JMAR is not a stock for the quick pop, if that is what you are looking for with this XRL demo, then good luck.

I am in here for the long-term, no matter what the outcome of XRL. JMAR has grown way beyond XRL. (And XRL still looks promising). Have you gotten to watch JMAR's video tape? If not I would recommend it.
