Boil chicken broth and the other half of the butter. When broth is boiling, and butter is fully melted, add stuffing mix, jalapenos, corn and sauteed onions. Mix well with fork. Tastes best when roasted inside a turkey or chicken, but also good when simply baked for 1/2 hour at 325 degrees. Not quite as spicy after it's been cooked. Yummy. - Allen
