sea's irr was not conducive to a go ahead on the mine...it was something like 11.6% on something like $1330 gold... I'd have to recheck those numbers but they are in the ballpark. Rudy can't build it on his own and no major is going to spend billions buying up a project with such a low rate of return.. gold prices could change everything but it would take $2000 gold to bestir some serious interest in sea..corageous lake could alter the picture with that said they have just put down the most part of 7 drill tests looking for higher grade zones... their magneto telluric mapping results are pretty good as far as treaty creek goes so one would expect they have some good indications on their drill hole placement in the ksm vicinity ... i believe they were using a rig capable of going down 3000 feet so..... we wait to see if sea came up with some higher grade intercepts.... rudy is moving along at a measured pace and he has provided scooter with the deep drilling rig .... for a short period... which is strange ... sea is an investment in gold ... more then an oz per share but it will need higher prices or a higher grade core to get the project into its optimum development trajectory.... i know pretium was talking in terms of a gram a tonne higher grade mining for the first few years from snowfield..surely ksm has a higher grade core which can pay down the mine quicker in the first few years.. well they are looking for that this summer finally if pretium were to pay for half the tunnel sea's capex would fall and its irr would increase if you wanna talk to dino he will be residing at the sea camp right where only rudy frank can find him bob and hdi
