always sell puts that I can cover. There are stocks out there that become accidental high yielders based on some silly reason, or get tanked unreasonably and if I can sell puts with a good premium, I can get either the premium or the stock at a lower level and a higher yield.

Did that with WAG, got put the stock at $32, then sold on the ESRX news at $36. Still sitting on TPX Sept. 17's and October 19's.

Gives nice spending money, although most of my portfolio is in divvy growth companies that I don't touch.
