Deflation is by design brought on by an overabundance of debt held by Banks who have the Fed and Co. in their hip pockets. This has been the play book for the past ten years and more. There is still way too much debt held by banks that needs to come off their balance sheets. The Fed has been back stopping the debt via various QE's and unprecedented low interest rates. This is not a recipe for sustainable growth. The economy is a giant hoard of drug addicts and the Fed is the Pusher. It is a joke, a sham and a dam shame :(( !
