After Asian currencies are devalued, it will draw capital expansion
even more strongly to Korea, etc, because of relative cost
advantages. Like the capital boomlet in Mexico following the
Peso crisis last year. On the other hand, there may be a slow-
down in US capital expansion because of impending cost
disadvantages. Does this point back to DPMI as the preferred
investment above PLAB after the emotional sell-off?
