I bought First aid 97 about 2 months ago only to find out there was a new one coming out in a couple days after my purchase. I too am very unimpressed with their products. I had to take FA97 when i downloaded IE4 because my system crashed and the computer store technician said he has only seen the bad side of these "fix it" programs. Since I've taken it off my system no problems. In on instance i was trying to printa page off the net and every time i would try my computer would freeze up and come up with an error message ( think it was something on USA TODAY sit, definitely not a hack site.) I think it makes an excellant short.
