Interesting tidbit on initial impetus of the fall of Ivax of which I'm sure you are fully aware: securities.stanford.edu The write off for "price protection" was much smaller this quarter indicating that prices have stabilized though at lower levels. Customers are no longer requesting rebates. Sales increased by 20+% but did the share price rise ... no; margins are way too low. We need new drug (preferrably proprietary) approval to make money. Mylan is doing this. Ivax cannot rely on improved pricing. Jackson
