It is a federal offense to interfere with a witness in a pending trial.

Douglas B. Meyers has stated many, many times that he is close to Palermo and is the mouthpiece for Quadrax management. Doug's words on this thread are regarded as the words of Jim Palermo.

In my prior post (3150) I gave you the news that David Evans and Mike Dorf had been called as witnesses for Power Stick in the upcoming patent infringement suit. Doug's reply (3154) was a long rambling response that included some wild accusations about Evans and Dorf.

I asked David Evans (davidevans@iname.com) for his comments on Doug's accusations. David told me that he had no comment because he is in the process of suing Quadrax for wrongful dimissal. Thus David is 'sub-judice' in two Quadrax matters.

Doug's accusations in 3154 are not the wild ramblings they might appear; they are calculated to use one case as a lever to bring pressure to bear in the other case. The accusations in Doug's posting are a threat directed at Evans and Dorf. Jim and his cronies are telling them that they will perjure themselves with concocted stories about Evans' work habits in the wrongful dismissal case. Why threaten this perjury now? Why tell Evans what their reply to his case will be now? Why not wait till the wrongful dismissal case comes to court?

Threatening now will bring pressure on Evans and Dorf to give more favorable testimony for Quadrax when they are questioned soon by Power Stick's attorney. The threat to fight Evans' wrongful dismissal suit is the stick over his head -- maybe there is a carrot on its way in the form of a settlement for Evans? Doug's latest accusations are a blatant attempt to interfere with witnesses in the patent infringement case.

For the reasons stated above, Douglas B. Meyer's threats are Jim Palermo's threats. Jim Palermo shares guilt with Douglas.

I call upon the five independent members of the board to dismiss Jim Palermo for cause immediately with no further recompense. This kind of mafia-like behavior should not be tolerated.
