Here's a link in that site which give the previous 25 what they refer to as collateral tranche operations, you can compare the dates with the markets, and you can see that it takes effect within a day or two and it rallies the I have to feel relatively comfortable this market can still move higher despite the obvious fact that we're coming into the most bearish months of the year, i.e., August, September, and October... newyorkfed.org GZ
