It's all a sham, my friend. As GZ has posted many times, with the way the government fabricates the employment numbers, if everyone in America quit their jobs tomorrow and were not looking for work, the unemployment rate would be zero percent. The only metric that counts is how many able-bodied workers are there, and what percentage of them are employed? That other hocus-pocus nonsense of ignoring certainly elements of the unemployed group while nursing them along on state and federal unemployment benefits is utter bullshit. Why don't they count in the numbers? -nfg-
