The strange thing these days is RE markets are turning much quicker than the old days. Wait for all the signs and prices already make a big move up. Part of it might have to do with technology, very low rates and fewer other ways to make money in a stagnant economy as many people are front loading many of which are investors from other more expensive areas and local contractors, realtors, ect trying to stay busy and make a buck till the next boom?
