Meanwhile the rest live in a world marked by insecurity,at best mediocre education and in effect rationed medical care" So your solution is to resurrect the past Soviet Union and have everyone live in insecurity, mediocre education, and rationed medical care? Obama stopped school vouchers in DC, passed Obamacare, and now selectively enforces laws based upon your value to his power. Congratulations
