That's exactly right. The furture success of the world semi industry is depending on this tiny company with only 600 employees (but 60% of the world's excimer laser talents too.)

Cymer is being haunted. I even suspect somebody wants to purposedly diminish this promising company, then probably take it private with a stealing price or so. When a company is promising like this and it's tiny at the same time (don't have too much resources either), it is easy to attract powerful ghost.
