KZAP, I've been with NDB for about 12 months now.

I currently have over 17,000 free quotes due to my heavy trading activity. Overall, I am satisfied with NDB.

My biggest complaint (and this seems to be a consensus) is that when there is a problem, Customer Service is not always easy to deal with. The staff is not well-trained in complex issues and often take the approach that the customer is always wrong.

However, I have found the person that you guys are dealing with, John Cullen, to be great! If you just call a broker or customer service, you may not get the same kind of quality.
