a Nokia Windows 8 phone with Pure View, I would have to consider.
If the rumors are true, you're SOL for now...
The Lumia X’s rotating camera will be an 8-megapixel Carl Zeiss unit, as found on the Lumia 800 and Lumia 900 Windows Phone handsets. - Nokia launching Windows Phone handset with optical zoom? - News - Know Your Mobile
Don't know about you, but I would not touch the cameras in the 800 or 900 with a ten foot pole. They suck. Reddish central spot, and not even as good a resolution output as the iPhone you already own.

Could be a long time before PureView makes it into a Lumia.

If, IF that is indeed the case, then NOK will get punished cause this Lumia X will go over much like the 800 and 900 did: like a lead balloon.
