I'll add to the previous responses by pointing out that market uncertainty, not information, is keeping the stock in check. The chart shows a basing pattern, not a selloff, and when wholesale confidence returns (I am suprised it hasn't), a big runup is in store. Look at misplaced fears in Oracle's performance up to earnings. The stock ran almost 20% on a mediocre report, but the street thought it would be worse. Efficiency is somewhat of a myth since people process information in different ways.
