It sounded like the LifeServ unit had its own marketing firm, but I didn't get that feeling about the rest of the firm. I am out of the pocket right now, but it would be helpful if someone on this thread could call the company in Clearwater (FL) to get a current story. I doubt if today would be good, as most people are probably vacation, but a call next week might help to get MSYS's situation out.
