Paul,

This has already become apparent in several y2k solution providers.
It is probably a large factor in the recent drop of stock prices
in the sector along with the result of a lot of foreign market insecurity.

IMO what you are perceiving is the result of budget lag in large corporations who have not properly allocated their expenditures to allow for large outlays on y2k remediation during 1997 fiscal year.

It is beginning to appear that due to the lack of forsight of many corporate CFO's that the real expenditures will not begin until 1998.

Regards,

Gerry
