I think you made a mistake there. It is very likely that this news is already priced into these stocks. This is time for accumulation. A bottom has been forming over the last few days. Next week we should see some movement to the upside. Watch HAL and SLB, they will lead the sector back. Good vol and price movement over the last few days in both these stocks. Good Luck! -Lucretius
