GERRY , I agree that it will take the 98 budget year to open up purses.One problem though until the demand really strengthens a lot prices will stay weak. If the first quarter 98 earnings are not robust, investors in stocks like PTUS may conclude that with the year 2000 then only 7 quarters away that the risk reward profile favors investments elsewhere.
