Sorry about my mistake, Terry. Kazakstan is the ninth largest country in size and the U.S. is fourth. (http://www.kz/eng/kzinfo/kz1.html) Thank you for the geography lesson.. Now we know that aipn's can claim rights on territory the size of Deleware but can choose from an area ten times the size of Deleware. Can they pick and choose the areas they want or must they decide on one area of the concession? .
