For anybody still following along: 10QSB filed by IDID on 11/14 highlights the following with the company, as of 9/30/97: 1) Legal proceedings: Only mention of any "Legal proceedings", is one against the company filed by Michael Blewett. No mention of the class action filed in 96'...Hmmm. 2) $2500 in cash. 3) $4M in liabilities 4) Salaries of officers deferred 5) Need $500K for "...comericalization of the company's prior technology in conjunction with existing synergistic, state of the art, mainstream, public domain technologies" - anyone want to comment on what they feel that means?...when they say "company's prior technology", do they mean ID-1 (circa early 80's), or do they really mean the "5000"...? 6) Significant legal issues exist as to the ownership rights to the Comparator 5000 device (shown in 96) Zzzzzzzzz(hic)........
