I also have a laptop connected using a AT&T DSL line,,, no problems there, rock solid...

But my real question is... why?.. why do they let something go wrong... and then blame it on ABC....
not the tv network...

ALLWAYS BLAME THE CUSTOMER.....

Then ONLY when a bunch of people complain, do they decide to see if the Kluts in charge of whatever had unpluged something....and kick him in the keester and wake him up to fix it....

I wonder if this happens to others, and they just shrug it off and say... ohh well.....
