If you mean prices back to the peaks could be 10-20 years depending on a host of wild cards and location

Wow! That long? Very surprising. I expect CA and AZ to be back to their peak in another 5 years. Well maybe not LA County but the rest of CA. Only NV could I see taking 10 years or more.
