I got fed to the dogs yesterday on EDV-WTA.
Both the stock and the warrant got crushed instantly because of the huge amount of dilution in the deal for existing shareholders.

for the warrant holders the pain is somewhat more permanent. Because while the merger may well be accretive and increase 'enterprise value' and all that, there is no adjustment made on the warrants.

Even tho there will be 40 percent more EDV stock, the strike on my warrants does not buy 40 percent more stock, as it should.
