Yeah, as we recover the deficits will decline......esp when the Bush tax cuts expire at the end of this year.
When the Bush tax cuts expire, that will cause a small but significant dip in the GDP. That's not a good thing when growth is so anemic.

The deficit will still remain close to a trillion dollars per year, but you won't have the Bush tax cuts to kick around no more.

The rest of your post is just more "blame the Republicans" nonsense that is clogging your thoughts.
