Rand I think he outlined most of them in his last missive. He doesn't think current mgmt is capable.He also holds it against Naxos that L. Steffy wrote negative pieces against IPM(it appears rightly so)and pro-Naxos. His comments stressing the favoribility of IPM mgmt over that of Naxos is laughable in light of all the information that has surfaced in recent days. Any comments made by Jay at this point have to be taken purely as spin control. His recommendation is , to put it technically, "sucking wind". Mark
