Surprised prices kept falling down this year given new construction ground to a halt five years ago and the area keeps growing at a decent pace.. There have been so many drivers to that area that should only be accelerated given trends in recent years IMHO

Sorry but I didn't have time to post the entire article.......but you need to read it. Job growth has not come back in Atlanta and population growth is way off from pre 2007. Virtually no in migration. That's why I posted it to you. I don't understand what's going on with Atlanta but its lagging the nation. Could it be Charlotte, Raleigh Durham, Nashville etc are taking away some of Atlanta's momentum?
