Rand: Unfortunately, it appears to me that until the current perception about the dirts changes, Maxam is dead money at best in the near future. When Maxam released similar news a few months back to the news they released this week, it generated considerable interest and a nice pop in the share price to around $1.25. Unfortunately, at the time, it appeared a Maxam insider used this opportunity to unload a whole bunch of shares, and there has been very little strength in the stock since then.

I agree with Richard, if Maxam wants to see its stock price increase in the near term (prior to the real test in April), they are going to have to do something that provides the market with more confidence that their claims are true.
