Ed, I agree with the part about who might be influenced to buy but all the while strawsare being added some are being taken away for all kinds of reasons. So I don't think straws will do it. Bales of straw yes, and thats why I am interested in following biotech funds or even the Index funds that sold last year but may have to buy XOMA back this year if it remains at the required cap level.

While none of us want to see more dilution or more stock issued and a puplic offering is much more costly than a private one, there is a bright side to an eventual public offering when the price is right and funds needed. That the fact that the underwriter in general can be counded on to "follow" the stock.
