hopefully the legal dispute will be settled before the courts hear the case in december. It is before the courts. There is nothing more to say until the court decides the issue... Not on this thread especially. Meanwhile besides drilling its few geotechnical holes for rock integrity for the tunnel at treaty creek Sea is supposed to conclude its magneto telluric survey. From my guesstimation the approximately 3000 plus foot deep intrusive-porphyry showing at the south western end of the magneto telluric map which is already at least 500 meters long looks set to be gaining a significant addition. I believe the copper belle discovery hole has put paid to the doubts about the content of the greater copper belle porphyry-intrusion.. This being elephant country and all with a what 3 kilometer long similar structure at great depth to the north east and the mitchel and snowfield 2 billion tonne plus structure just under the horizon to the south west with the iron cap zone possibly being the connecting link between copper belle and the mitchel snowfield elephants can we expect the gargantuan beginning picture of the copper belle structure to extend some good part of the 2 kilometer distance to the sea property line.. Iron cap is 800 meters further beyond the property line and on trend and wide open in the copper belle porphyries direction... gulp.. get the picture... where is everybody.. where is the market.. Whatever piece of the rock one or both parties have after the lawsuit is resolved should have considerable market interest... glacier smashier ... treaty creek hosts at least 10 kilometers of an intensely mineralized system. We don't know where the system ends to the north east as the end of the magneto telluric map contains what might be a sizeable open 500 meter deep intrusive-porphyry zone ... as to the high lets hope the weather cooperates but it is all but underway .... the high needs a decisive bit of drill core to ignite the markets attention. If they were drilling 20,000 meters and in their multiple gossans-targets our odds of success would be greater.. As it is the pretium technical people have said the bruce jack fault and the mineralized trend run to their property line with the high and continues onward how far they don't know. If you looked north from the property line and you an see the pictures of such there is a series of gossans running for kilometers in spatial coordination with the bruce jack fault zone.. If you were able to look south the gossans and the presumably bruce jack fault continues on for some distance... the drill will do the talking.. tuo just isn't deploying the full pedal to the metal because of its financial limitations well i better add this is another mooch feeding station to the subject huh? lol
