Thank you, Gary. Each year AMES moved 300%; except '95 it was from $3 to $1. This year is another almost 300% gain. I am hopeful that next year will again be 300%, making a little shy of $66/share a real target to achieve. I am expecting $2.80/share of earnings.

Assuming no store closing reserves. Assuming no additional reserves on lawsuits. Assuming no increase in interest rate but actually a small decline. Assuming the present operating policies stay intact. Assuming no lease improvements or no new leases having to pay a premium. Assuming the computer investments will be tabled until real proof of advantages can be demonstrated. Assuming E-commerce can be put into operation. Assuming store personnel and directors all will put their savings into AMES stock. Assuming earnings will be steadily improving each quarter. Assuming revenue will grow 1.5% with the same number of stores, assuming, assuming-------------------.
