These guys need to do three things. 1) Improve the IR activities to raise their profile 2) Clean up the corp. structure - too many subsidiary etc. for a software co. - Not sure how efficient that is from org. perspective as well as brand perspective 3) More aggressive in terms of delivery - Filling senior management vacancy with some well known names would be a start.

Ofcourse, it is easy to give this advise as a frustrated investor. Best thing would be if they are bought out or merge with another software firm that has the management strength to exploit their niche.
