Bart, I wish I knew what a "real" statesman is. I don't. Any judgement would be subjective. No amount of information would suffice to help one make the distinction between real and unreal. One would have to know the person closely, and time would tell the rest. Regarding psychopaths ......... you could say that there is a nonzero probability that most humans are psychopaths for at least some time, however tiny, in their lives.
